DARM is VRM Intel's annual conference on data, AI, revenue and marketing for professional vacation rental managers, and the 2026 edition runs from 7 to 9 December at the Signia by Hilton Atlanta. About DARM 2026
DARM is the conference VRM Intel, Amy Hinote’s news and research outfit for the professionally managed vacation rental industry, has run every December since 2019. The 2026 edition is the eighth: three days at the Signia by Hilton Atlanta, with more than 90 sessions across data, AI, revenue management and marketing, opening and closing keynotes, and the DARM Battleground session over lunch on both days. Recent editions were in Nashville and at Sandestin on the Florida panhandle.
The room is US property managers, most of them running 100 or more homes across the Gulf Coast, the mountains and the Carolinas, with their revenue and marketing leads. It’s the most concentrated gathering of vacation rental revenue managers anywhere, which is why we’re making it our first US show.
What we’ll do at DARM
Bring an Airbnb or Booking.com listing URL and we’ll show what the revenue agent would change on it today: visibility, promotions, rate plans, pricing. We’ll also show what it would leave alone.
For US managers the interesting part is usually Airbnb: how the agent handles weekly and monthly discounts, promotions and the ranking signals that decide who shows up on the first page in a saturated beach or mountain market. Getting there
