The Short Stay Summit is the UK Short Term Accommodation Association's annual conference and the biggest short-term rental gathering in the UK: 1,300 people at Old Billingsgate in 2026. About the Short Stay Summit
The Short Stay Summit is the flagship event of the UK Short Term Accommodation Association, and the one UK conference that is run by the industry body rather than a commercial organiser. It has been at Old Billingsgate, the former fish market on the Thames next to London Bridge, for years, and it anchors the UK short-term rental calendar every April.
The 2026 edition on 22 April drew more than 1,300 delegates under the theme “Tourism Reimagined: A People-Led, Future-Focused Industry”. Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia Group, Guesty, AirDNA, Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy and UKHospitality were on the programme, and the agenda covered UK regulation, AI in operations and travel discovery, shortening booking windows and the role of social media in trip planning. Unlike the operator-only shows, the Summit mixes operators, platforms, suppliers and policymakers, and wraps the day in fringe events: an Ice Breaker the evening before, a House of Lords lunch, a CEO roundtable and a Learning Lab. 2027 is confirmed for Wednesday 21 April at the same venue.

What we’ll do at the Summit
Bring a Booking.com or Airbnb listing URL and we’ll show what the revenue agent would change on it today: visibility, promotions, rate plans, pricing. We’ll also show what it would leave alone. If you want to prepare, run the Booking.com Health Score on your portfolio first.
