About Hosthub Connect

Hosthub Connect is the yearly event Hosthub puts on for its own customers: property managers from across Greece, many running 100 or more listings, some over 200. The first edition ran in November 2025 at the same venue; the 2026 edition is a deliberately small room again, around 100 people, 14 speakers and 10 partner companies, so the conversations are specific rather than the passing kind you get at a trade show. The day runs from morning registration to a closing party with a DJ, with an opening talk from Hosthub’s co-founder and CEO Alexandros Karavitis, a state-of-the-industry panel, sessions on pricing and channel ranking, a partner pitch round, a walkthrough of everything Hosthub shipped in 2026, a tax and legal Q&A and, this being Greece, some stand-up comedy.

What we’re presenting

Miro has one of the event’s two international speaker slots: 12:00 to 12:20 in the Main Hall. The talk is the Greek edition of the ranking analysis we did for UK operators earlier this year: we scanned 165,732 Greek rentals on Booking.com and Airbnb, and the session is about who sits at the top of the results in the main markets and what those operators do differently on visibility, promotions and rate plans. Practical, and specific to the Greek market. It’s in English; most of the day is in Greek.
