About SCALE UK 2026

SCALE UK is the British edition of the SCALE Rentals series. In 2026 it was two events in Brighton: SCALE With AI on 9 June, about what AI is changing in day-to-day operations, and SCALE UK on 10 June, about growing a portfolio. Between them: 42 sessions on two tracks, 55 speakers and around 300 operators. Hostaway and Boom were the headline sponsors. SCALE sells tickets to operators only, so the room was people running 10 or more units.

Our session

Miro opened the SCALE UK day on 10 June with Sally Henry of Key Data: “Checking the pulse: five key signals shaping the UK STR market”. Key Data brought the booking data, we brought the Booking.com and Airbnb ranking data, and between them the session was a snapshot of where UK holiday lets stood going into summer 2026: booking windows, cancellations, channel mix, and what the operators at the top of the search results were doing differently.
