About SCALE With AI 2027
SCALE With AI is the newest of the SCALE Rentals shows and the only one entirely about artificial intelligence in short-term rentals. The first edition ran on 9 June 2026 at the Corn Exchange in Brighton, the day before SCALE UK, with 24 speakers across 23 sessions: a beginner’s guide to AI for operators, a live demo of AI guest communication, and sessions on how large language models are changing the way guests and owners find you.
The 2027 edition stands on its own and moves to London. Underwood Lofts is a loft space in Shoreditch rather than a conference centre, which fits the format: one room, one day. Roundtables, keynotes and panels in the morning; hands-on workshops and deeper strategy sessions after lunch; drinks in a nearby bar to close. SCALE pitches it at operators managing 10 or more units, revenue managers and the people building tools for them, and promises “takeaways you can implement on Monday morning” rather than inspiration.
What we’ll do there
We run an AI revenue agent for Booking.com and Airbnb, so this is our home ground. Bring a listing URL and we’ll show what the agent would change on it today, what it would leave alone, and how it explains each decision.
